This version history summarizes public App Store notes for Drive Thru Empire by MIGMIG, from the June 2025 launch through December 2025 builds around v1.33—the latest listed version in our research. Use it to know when card systems, new levels, and new areas arrived—and which fix trains touched popups, rate prompts, and stability. For a shorter spotlight on the live build, open What’s New. Pair either page with the Updates Hub, then retune upgrade priority after content spikes.

Dates below follow commonly listed App Store version stamps; storefronts can show regional day shifts. Always trust the What’s New panel on your device for the build you are installing.

Latest build status (honest)

Version 1.33 (about 24 December 2025) is the newest public App Store stamp covered here. As of a September 2026 research pass, version trackers still showed 1.33 as current—no confirmed post–December 2025 store bump was verified in that check. If Apple ships something newer in your region, your device panel wins; until then, treat claims of “1.4 / 2026 codes drops” as unverified noise unless this wiki and the store agree.

1.0 era — June 2025 launch

1.0 (about 4 June 2025) — Launch window for the Route 66 idle tycoon on iOS/iPadOS. Core fantasy ships: revive Grandpa’s drive-thru, expand into motel / restroom / EV / store style stops, earn offline, chase Stars, gather Crystals and Hammers for Workshop power, automate with Safe-O-Matic, Prestige for permanent multipliers, and face Victor Steele. Early store text also highlights optimizations and bug fixes alongside “whole new level” style additions as the live ops train begins.

If you started here, follow Getting Started before worrying about later card meta.

1.01–1.02 — July 2025 stability

1.01 (about 4 July 2025) and 1.02 (about 7 July 2025) — Major bug-fix emphasis. Early adopters should update before judging offline earnings or IAP restores. Many idle tycoons need a July-style polish pass; this is that window.

1.1–1.12 — August 2025 cards and levels

1.1 (about 18 August 2025) and 1.11 (about 19 August 2025) — Notes call out a brand-new level, introduction of the Card System to customize and enhance gameplay, new shop items, and general smoothness fixes. This is a major mid-game systems beat: Workshop/card language in the marketing finally has a louder client presence.

1.12 (about 31 August 2025) — Continued bug fixes after the systems bump.

After these builds, Crystals and Hammers matter more—revisit Workshop priority inside upgrade priority and avoid spending premium currency on panic popups (IAP guide).

1.2–1.21 — September 2025 areas and UI

1.2 (about 9 September 2025) — Bug fixes between larger drops.

1.21 (about 15 September 2025)Major update: complete UI enhancements, major and minor bug fixes, new areas added, environment enhancements. This is the “plaza feels bigger” patch family. Re-check business order if a new area plays like an extra lane.

1.22–1.24 (about 22–26 September 2025) — Dense bug-fix train after the major UI/area work.

1.25–1.27 — October–November 2025 fixes

1.25 (about 7 October 2025) and 1.26 (about 20 October 2025) — Continued bug fixes.

1.27 (about 12 November 2025) — Explicit fix for players unable to close Popup Offers windows, plus small fixes. Critical if you were trapped by IAP modals—update before considering a purchase under pressure. Broader restore and modal help: troubleshooting.

1.3–1.32 — late November to mid-December 2025

1.3 (about 21 November 2025) and 1.31 (about 22 November 2025) — Bug fixes.

1.32 (about 12 December 2025) — Rate-us button fixes and additional bug fixes. Quality-of-life matters when prompts misfire during sessions.

1.33 — latest public build (December 2025)

1.33 (about 24 December 2025 window)Current end of the public timeline. Store notes emphasize a whole new level, game optimizations, and bug fixes. Treat this drop as a reason to delay Prestige until you have sampled the new level—run the prestige checklist only after you know whether the content extends your plateau. Read the player-facing recap on What’s New.

Again: September 2026 research still found trackers listing 1.33 as the newest stamp. We will extend this section when a later store version is confirmed—not when a blog invents one.

How to play patches without whiplash

  1. Update when online; launch once before long offline sessions.
  2. Look for new cards, areas, or levels before dumping currencies.
  3. Restore No-Ads / 2X if entitlements flicker after UI rewrites.
  4. Ignore “new update codes” listicles unless codes verifies them—spoiler: still none confirmed as of Sep 2026 checks.
  5. Skim review themes; some bugs in reviews lag behind the fix that already shipped.
  6. Use troubleshooting when offline cash, ads-after-purchase, or Arizona→Texas gates still fail on 1.33.

What this timeline does not claim

  • Exact internal changelogs beyond App Store wording
  • Android parity (treat iOS as primary per wiki facts)
  • Invented gift codes attached to version numbers
  • Guarantees that every offline or ad complaint is resolved in a given build
  • Any confirmed 2026 version past 1.33 without store evidence

Keep your App Store auto-updates honest, and your roadside empire stays aligned with the build MIGMIG actually shipped.
